At the edge of sleep one night I saw a series of images moving in my mind like a film strip. There was no way I could try to fall asleep— I knew I had to get them onto paper before they faded away. As I drew the images into the night, the words Angels Whisper kept flashing in front of me.
For many weeks I tried a variety of mediums without success. Coming across a piece of old copper while organizing my art supplies, something felt right and familiar. Thus, the Angels Whisper as you see them here were born (Painted copper mounted on a panel, 6X6”).
